    • You can request a return within 30 calendar days of the date you receive the order. Orders starting on Black Friday can be exchanged or returned until January 15, 2024.
    • We will pick up the package.
    • We will refund the amount of the order via the same method you used to make the payment, within 1 - 2 days.
    • We will only charge you for the shipping costs, specified in "Delivery" section, in the column for orders under 20€ / 320€ (regardless of the amount of the order to be returned). We will deduct this amount when we refund you. 
    • You can also send the package yourself or drop it off at any of our stores, for free.
