• You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
• We will send to pick up the package if you need it.
• We refund the purchase amount via the same method used to pay, within 2-3 business days.
• We only charge the shipping cost, specified in the tables in the "Shipping" section in the column for orders under €20 / €300 (regardless of the amount of the order to be returned). We will deduct this cost from the refund.
• You can also send the package yourself or drop it off at one of our stores, then you will not be charged anything.
