You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
We will send to pick up the package if you need it.
We refund the purchase amount via the same method used to pay, within 2-3 business days.
We only charge the shipping cost, specified in the tables in the "Shipping" section in the column for orders under €20 / €300 (regardless of the amount of the order to be returned). We will deduct this cost from the refund.
You can also send the package yourself or drop it off at one of our stores, then you will not be charged anything.
