Returns and Exchanges

The deadline for returns of online orders: 30 calendar days from when you receive your purchase.

Return costs : The cost of a return to the store is FREE , but you can also send the order by hiring a courier service yourself, or by requesting that we collect it and pay the cost of shipping the product (we deduct this when making the refund). This cost will depend on the collection location, and will be the one specified in the "Shipping" section (in the column for orders under €20/€300).

The refund period for an online purchase is usually a matter of 2 or 3 working days, and we will notify you by email that we have made the return. In any case, you will always receive a refund of the amount of your purchase within 14 calendar days from when you informed us of your intention to make the return.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AT ANY FULHAM STORE?

Yes, you can return your order at any of our 3 physical stores.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM AN ONLINE ORDER?

A. Return from your home

You must inform us of your decision to return an item by means of an unequivocal statement, through one of these means:

- In your customer area (MY ACCOUNT), checking the box for the item you wish to return on the order.

- By email: info@fulham.es.

- By sending us by regular mail the withdrawal form* that you can see at the end of this section, to the address: Fulham Shops SL, C/Velázquez 72, 28001 Madrid.

After verifying the information, we will confirm acceptance of the return and send you the label that you must stick on the package (which must be perfectly packaged), which will be collected by the courier . If you prefer, you can send the package yourself via another courier or leave it at one of our stores .

When we issue the refund, we will deduct the cost charged by the courier for sending the returned item.

Once we receive the item in our warehouse, we will check the information and ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was sent. Then, in the following days (maximum 14 calendar days, but normally it will be 2 or 3 working days) and using the same payment method, Fulham will refund the following:

- The price of the returned item.
- The shipping cost if paid by the customer when placing the order.
- We will deduct the cost of collecting the returned item, if you have requested us to collect the item.

If you return a product with a quantity promotion (3 for 2, second unit at half price, etc.), the promotion will be cancelled and the discounted products will be charged at their full price.

If the consumer returns a product by his/her own means, the return period will not begin to run until one of the following two circumstances occurs:

- The product arrives at our warehouse.
- The customer provides us with proof of shipment of the product.

B. Returns in physical stores:

You can return an item purchased through our online store to any of our stores. Items must be in perfect condition, with all labels and the corresponding delivery note.

In the store you will be given the return receipt and we will refund the purchase amount using the same method used for payment, including the cost of shipping if this was borne by the customer.

Please note that Fulham reserves the right to refuse returns that are notified or sent after the specified time frame, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.

C. Change from your home

If you wish to make an exchange from your home, you can request a return of the item by following the steps described above, and make a new online purchase.

But if you prefer, please contact us so we can manage the change directly (info@fulham.es, 91 764 88 87).
You will need to send us the product you wish to return (as with any return), and when we receive it, we will send you the new product.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED IN A PHYSICAL STORE?

You can check the period and conditions for exchanges and returns on your purchase receipt from the physical store.

WARRANTIES: WHAT CAN I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE OR LACKS CONFORMITY?

In the event of any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the goods, Fulham will be liable to the consumer for any defects that become apparent within a period of three years from delivery, which will be deemed to have taken place on the date indicated on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.

Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have already existed when they were delivered.

In order for the goods to be brought into conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or involves disproportionate costs for Fulham. These measures must meet the following requirements:

- They will be free of charge for the consumer, including the costs necessary for the goods to be brought into conformity, especially the costs of shipping, transport, labour or materials;

- They will be carried out within a reasonable period of time from the moment in which Fulham has been informed of the lack of conformity and without major inconvenience to it.

- The consumer will make the goods available to Fulham, who will recover them at its expense in the way that causes the least inconvenience to the consumer depending on the type of goods.

- You will not be liable for any payment for normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.

- It will provide the consumer with documentary evidence of the delivery of the goods by the consumer, stating the date of delivery and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary evidence of the delivery of the goods already in conformity to the consumer, which must also state the date of said delivery and a description of the corrective measure taken.

- The consumer may also demand a reduction in price or termination of the contract.

The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value that the goods would have had at the time of delivery if they had been in conformity, and the value that the goods delivered have at the time of said delivery. Termination will not be applicable when the lack of conformity is of little importance. The consumer may opt for the same provided that the following requirements are met:

- When the measure to bring the goods into compliance is impossible or disproportionate;

- Fulham has failed to carry out the repair or replacement or has not carried it out correctly;

- Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced goods;

- The lack of conformity is of such severity that it justifies one of the two options;

- Fulham has declared or it follows from the circumstances that it will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable period or without major inconvenience to the consumer.

Fulham will refund to the consumer as a result of choosing these measures the price paid for the goods after receipt of these or, where appropriate, proof provided by the consumer that they have been returned.

The consumer or user shall return the goods to Fulham at the latter's expense.

- The consumer may suspend the outstanding payment of the price until Fulham complies with its obligations;

- You may also request the correction of the lack of conformity, a reduction in price or termination of the contract if, as a result of the violation of third party rights, the use of the goods is prevented or limited;

- The consumer shall not be liable for any payment for normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement;

- Whether you request the correction of the lack of conformity, a reduction in price or termination of the contract, you may demand compensation for damages if applicable.
