EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The return period for online orders is 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.

RETURN PROCESS (MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL)

- Request the return in your customer area, indicating the reason for it.

- Let us know, in the text box, how you wish to return the purchase (requesting a pickup at the location you indicate or dropping it off at a Correos office); this way, we’ll know what type of label to send you.

- For returns in physical stores, there is no need to contact us beforehand.

- You will receive an email with the instructions.

- The shipping cost for a return within Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal is €5, which will be deducted from the refund once we receive the returned items. In-store returns are completely free.

- We will process the refund within two or three days after receiving the merchandise. The customer will see the refund reflected within a timeframe that depends on their bank or payment platform.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL)

- Request the return in your customer area, indicating the reason for it.

- In the text box, let us know that you would like to exchange the item or size, specifying the new size or item.

- Please indicate how you intend to send the items to be exchanged (requesting a pickup or dropping it off at a Correos office); this way, we’ll know what type of label to send you.

- If you want to exchange it in-store, you do not need to notify us (if you'd like us to reserve your size at a specific store, please contact us).

- You will receive an email with the shipping label.

- The shipping cost for an exchange in Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal is €5 (you will only be charged for one leg of the shipment). We will send you a link to pay this amount.

- In case of an exchange for an item of a different price, we will either refund the difference or send you a payment request by email.

- We will process the refund (if applicable) within two or three days after receiving the merchandise. The customer will see the refund reflected within a timeframe that depends on their bank.

RETURN PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

- Request the return in your customer area, indicating the reason for it.

- Let us know, in the text box, how you wish to return the purchase (requesting a shipping label or sending it on your own). For returns from outside the EU, only shipping arranged by us will be accepted in order to avoid customs delays.

- You will receive an email with the shipping label.

- The cost of international returns will be €25 from EU countries, €50 from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, North America and Asia, and €80 from Australia and New Zealand. This amount will be deducted from the refund once we have received the returned items.

- We will process the refund within two or three days after receiving the merchandise. The customer will see the refund reflected within a timeframe that depends on their bank or payment platform.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

- If you wish to exchange size or item in international orders, you must request a return and place a new order separately (if the item is faulty or defective, please contact us).

WARRANTIES: WHAT CAN I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING?

If, exceptionally, you received a defective item or one that does not meet the stated specifications, please contact us within 2 months of becoming aware of it at info@fulham.es. For fashion and textile items, this warranty applies only to manufacturing or original defects, not to wear and tear from use or accidental damage.

Fulham is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of product delivery.

Fulham will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination. You will not incur any cost for the return, if applicable, as the return shipping will be covered by Fulham. Once the defect or flaw has been verified, we will refund 100% of the purchase amount, including any shipping costs you may have paid.
